Long time, no nothing

So nothing much has been going on, but I have been urged to update my blog. That makes it seem like I have a huge following, so let me rephrase. Sasha has asked me to update my blog. So here it goes.

Uh, let's see, my life. What's happening? Hmmm.

Here's a short list of things that have happened or that I have done since my last post...

Well, Ben is spending his last week in his 20s. His feelings about it are, uh, mixed. He still gets carded for beer and looks like the pure white angel that he is. But I'll still call him, "my old man," for fun.

Yay! I'm so happy to read about what has been going on. Having to park your car a 1/2 mile from your house certainly is one way to get in a little extra exercise each day. I guess its not all bad, but I must say, I would probably be pretty irritated. Overall I think "Planned Communities" are for the birds. One of the reasons I like Anchorage is that you will find, on one street, a beautiful home, a trailer, an apartment complex, and a whole bunch of other mish mosh dwellings. Its so real. I hope that the president can't lay off. I wonder if anyone else even cared? Anyway, how is grandma by the way? How have things been living there? How is school? Your art class sounds awsome. I'm so glad you take the time to do that! I'm anxious to see your work too. We need to plan our trip soon m'dear. Let's get on the phone when I get home from Mexico okay. I love you to bits! xoxoxo

I hate typos. It was supposed to be "can lay off" as you probably figured out already.

Hi Romy! It's always fun to read your blog. Tom and I decided to move to CA next June and I was wondering if I could email you with some questions about teaching. My email address is amyjensen83@comcast.net. Hope all is well and that we'll get to see you soon!

Amy :)

Okay, you can never criticize me about my sporadic updates. You had way more to talk about than I ever do, and yet it takes you almost 3 months to write anything at all. That sucks about Olga not being in San Diego too long while you were there. Say hi to the "old man" for me. Love, Gabby

Good to see Jo Jo's face! I just love her. I wish I could see you guys. Can we meet up for a beer somewhere this weekend?
